FREE CHILDCARE
NCCTK provides free childcare for staff on Monday and Thursday mornings from 9am to 12pm, and occasionally during evenings or ministry.

SIMPLE IRA RETIREMENT PLAN
Simple Retirement Plan that we use through Edward Jones. NCCTK will match up to 3% of your contribution to your retirement fund.

HEALTH PLAN
NCCTK contributes an HR $330 for 2024 for all full-time employees as long as the employee is enrolled in a high deductible health plan with either NCCTK or their spouse/parent's employer. It must be a high deductible plan per IRS regulations.

DENTAL SUPPLEMENTAL INSURANCE
Aflac's supplemental dental insurance provides benefits for a variety of covered procedures, from routine cleanings to root canals. Our dental insurance plans give you the freedom to see an extensive network of in-network dentists, provide immediate coverage for routine cleanings and X-rays, offer several family plan options to help with care for your spouse and/or dependents up to age 26. The dental plan can be kept even if you change jobs. Orthodontic and vision coverages are also available as optional add-ons. Learn about the specific coverage here. SUPPLEMENTAL POLICIES

WASHINGTON PAID FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE
Paid Family and Medical Leave provides paid time off when a serious health condition prevents you from working, when you need to care for a family member or a new child, or for certain military-related events. The premium is 0.8% of your wage. You may pay about 73% of that total, &your employer pays the rest.

What are the premiums for PFML in Washington state? Paid Family and Medical Leave is funded through premiums paid by both employees and employers. The premium rate is 0.8 percent of each employee's gross wages, not including tips, up to the 2023 Social Security cap ($160,200). Learn more here.

PAID TIME OFF
We offer paid time off for all of our employees depending on eligibility. The following paid time off categories are offered:
​
Sick Leave: All employees will receive 1 hour of paid time off for every 40 hours worked after a 90 day introduction period.
​
Vacation Time: Vacation time will be awarded based on employee class, for 20-40 hour employees only.
​
Holidays: Full-time employees receive paid holidays.
​
Bereavement: Full-time employees receive three days of paid time off. See Human Resources for more details and requirements.
​
Wellness Days: All employees are given 2 days worth of wellness hours a year.
​
Mission Trip: Employees who work more than 20 hours per week are eligible for paid mission trip time, up to one week. See HR if you qualify or for more information.

NCCTK offers direct deposit for all of their employees with a virtual paystub that can be printed on BambooHR.

OASIS SPA NORTHWEST DISCOUNT
Employees at NCCTK get a 10% off for themselves and their spouses for a one-day pass at Oasis Spa Northwest. Spouses must present their ID upon their first time at the spa for verification.
