EMPLOYEE WELLBEING.

At NCCTK, we believe in the importance of taking care of each other and ourselves. We want to provide our employees with the opportunity to take care of their mental, spiritual, and physical health. We want to ensure that they don’t become burned out and exhausted. We are committed to creating a safe and supportive environment, where everyone is valued and cared for. We strive to create a work culture that is understanding and kind, and where we can all grow and thrive.

NCCTK Employee Wellbeing

Wellness Days

Every employee is given 2 wellness days based on how many hours you work per week. These are paid days where you are able to refresh, relax, and focus on taking a break. They are available at the start of each year- upon HR direction. Contact HR to learn more.

Counselling Opportunities

At NCCTK we offer various counselling opportunities for our team. We offer MeMD through our Aflac for all employees (visit www.MeMD.me/Aflac to sign up and activate your own account). Pastor Kurt or Denice are more than willing to meet with you as well. Additionally, we have a list of counselors who we recommend you go to see if needed.

Wellness Surveys

We want to give our staff the opportunity to speak their minds about things that management could change to improve employee wellness. These surveys are 100% confidential. We want to hear from you in these surveys.

Employee Appreciation

We appreciate all of our employees tremendously. We have taken action to show how we appreciate them by introducing a new Collab Room, Collab Space, Nespresso Machine, Skylights, Production Remodel, & many more things to come.

PODCAST

We want to invest in our team. We offer Employee Wellness services to help our team build relationship skills and stay connected during trying times. Listen to the 5 Love Languages Podcast - Building Relationships - for helpful tips on how to foster interpersonal connections.
